We are based in the UK and all orders are shipped from our UK warehouse.
What is your sizing like?
Our clothing fits true to size - We advise you to buy our clothing in the same size you would buy a fitted dress in. Each product has its own size guide on the product page but generally our sizes are as follows:
Womens Leggings and Shorts:
XS = UK 6 - US 2
S = UK 8 - US 8
M = UK 10 - US 6
L = UK 12 - US 8
XL = UK 14 - US 10
Womens Compression Fit Long Sleeve Tops:
These are close fitting sports garments, if you like a looser fit please go a size up.

Are Returns Free?
We offer extremely good value gym wear, retailing our products well below our competitors to give you guys the best prices possible. Due to us not over inflating our prices we can't offer Free Returns but do offer Free Exchanges.
Nothing is really free in this world - usually if a brand is offering free shipping or returns you are just paying for that service in the over inflated price tag of the item.
How Much is UK Shipping?
FREE Shipping applies to UK orders over £60.
Standard UK Shipping is charged from £1.99. Shipments usually arrive within 2 working days.
If you order has not arrived after 48 hours (2 working days) please be patient as a delivery may have been attempted when you were not home so give it another couple of days before getting in touch.
UK Shipments should not take longer than 5 working days to arrive - the only time this may differ is when we have had a sale campaign and order volumes are higher than usual. During these periods we ask that, in return for offering you a great deal on your new gym wear, you give us a little extra time to get it to you :)
Do you Ship Worldwide?
Yes International pricing starts at £3.99 GBP and usually arrives in 3-5 working days. Price is calculated at the checkout.
International Shipments should not take longer than 10 working days to arrive - the only time this may differ is when we have had a sale campaign and order volumes are higher than usual. During these periods we ask that, in return for offering you a great deal on your new gym wear, you give us a little extra time to get it to you :)
Are Armatura leggings Sheer or See through?
No, all of our armatura leggings are made from our flex fit fabric which means they won't go see through even during the most demanding workouts. We recommend that you buy your correct size and do not size down. Please keep in mind that very light colours such as white and light coral may show underwear when stretched due to the nature of light coloured fabrics.

Your prices are extremely good value, do I need to be a member?
No, unlike some other sites our low pricing requires no monthly membership fee or "VIP" codes. We just sell really great gym wear at really great prices.
Where is my order?
All orders placed before mid day are sent out from our UK warehouse the same day and should usually arrive within 2 working days. Delivery times can be longer during peak periods and after sales so please keep this in mind. UK deliveries should not take longer than 5 working days.
If you have made an order from us and it has not arrived within 10 days please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If it has not yet been 10 days please be patient as delays do sometimes occur. If the item has still not arrived within 10 days it may be missing or held up at a local depot, in this instance we will open a missing items case and resolve the issue within 5 days.
**Important update regarding returns**
All returns are now subjected to a 14 day quarantine period to protect our currently self isolated warehouse staff from any risk of the Covid-19 virus. We appreciate your patience with this and assure you that returns will be swiftly dealt with after this period of quarantine.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Clearance or Discounted items can only be returned for a store credit.
- Previously returned items are only eligible for an exchange or store credit.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed. No distinct odours, blemishes (deodorant, fake tan and make-up marks), signs of wear etc.
- Items with animal/human hair will not be accepted.
- Items must have all tags attached & be neatly folded in the original packaging.
- In the event of an incorrect item being sent your return postage will be refunded.
- Other postage costs including the cost we incurred on sending your order to you are non-refundable even if you were not originally charged postage.
- All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
- In the event of a faulty item please also follow this guide.
If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in at your cost.
Please carefully read the policy above to ensure your return isn't sent back to us only to get rejected.
You will be charged for any items you keep including items from sets which if kept are charged at the same price for the item as if bought separately.
WHAT IS THE RETURNS PROCEDURE?
1- Make sure that your return does not breach any of the terms of the policy included above.
2- Send an email with the relevant information as outlined below to email@example.com - this is an unmonitored mailbox as our returns process is automated.
(Please follow the instructions below exactly or we may be unable to process your return)
SUBJECT : Your order number as included on the packing slip in your parcel or your order confirmation email.
EMAIL BODY : State whether you want a REFUND or EXCHANGE and a reason for return
3- Return your items to the address received in response to your email sent in step 2. Please include your original packing slip included in your parcel clearly indicating whether your items are returned for a refund or exchange.
Please note - If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in at your cost.
You are responsible for the safe return of your item to us, to avoid any missing item issues we strongly suggest you return via a tracked means as we can not be responsible for any lost returns. You will not be refunded any postage cost we incurred on sending the original order out to you.
If the items you received are faulty you will be refunded your return postage up to a maximum value of £2.99 per item.
You will receive a reply back with full return instructions - please check your spam folder for the reply.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?
We aim to process your refund ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 30 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. (Please allow a variation of 3-5 days depending on your bank or payment provider) If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us with the proof of postage information from your return carrier receipt and we will check this out for you.
HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?
If there are any issues with items received back we will contact you via email, however you can assume that if your tracking shows items as delivered to us your refund will be processed in accordance with the timeline above.
We will not email you unless there is a problem with your return and can provide no updates on returns until they have been completed along the timeline indicated above.
You will then also receive an email from us to say your refund has been processed. Please note it can take an additional 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Yes of course, if you need a different size or item simply include “EXCHANGE” in your return email and on your packing slip and a store credit code will be issued immediately upon receipt of your items so you can order the correct size without delay.
